My name is Angela and I am very passionate about paleo foods and crossfit.All of my recipes on this blog are the most basic and easy ingredients and meals I could find and create. I am not patient at cooking, and am paying my way through college so I cant afford to use any fancy ingredients. I'm creating this blog to show others how easy it is to eat and make easy yummy paleo meals. I grew up living off of fast food and other unhealthy foods! So I had no idea how to cook. If I can do it, so can you! Now I mostly only eat meat, veggies, nuts, seeds, and fruit (in moderation). I also love coconut products such as coconut oil, flour, and milk! I limit amounts of starch and sugar. (google paleolithic diet) the paleodiet.com and cook all my meals, they never take more than 30 minutes and are super easy. I enjoy helping people eat and cook healthy. If you or someone you know has any questions for me I am more than willing to answer, or find an answer! Hopefully others can get the most out of this blog and realize how much better they feel and perform eating paleo!
